You need to take care of yourself, authors.
You know what that means.
We forget that writing behaves much like a sport. Training. Sweating. Injuries along the way. How can we pause to care for ourselves as writers/athletes in the literary world, especially if we write difficult narratives?
Rebecca will offer some fresh and easy approaches to enter and exit your writing space, along with prompts to help step into the uncomfortable.
Open to all writers of any genre —
because we all want to write exciting stories 🙂
